Prior to joining Dollar Bank, Cynthia had over 12 years of experience in the banking industry. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Geological Sciences from Kent State University. Additionally, Cynthia earned her Master of Business Administration from Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. Cynthia resides in the Greater Cleveland area and is the co-founder and past- President of The Downtown Merchants Association and is actively involved in EdFocus Initiative, The Ohio Chapter of the American Liver Foundation, The National Association of Women’s Business Owners (NAWBO) and the American Heart Association Cleveland Chapter.
