Erika Vogel is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports and Sciences Association. The ISSA is the only accrediting body certified by the U.S. Department of Education in personal training.  She also has her Group Fitness and Kickboxing certifications through AFAA.  Since obtaining her BS degree in Human Services at the University of Hartford, Erika has been actively educating and training people to meet their fitness goals.  She now has her own 2,700 facility (with her partner and fiance) called Results Personal Training.  At Results Personal Training, you will receive the individualized attention of your trainer, in a private facility, to meet your fitness goals. Erika believes that fitness must be incorporated daily through activities that spark interest and fun. She believes that everyone has the ability to find their own “fitness passion” inside. She loves to create programs that not only increase strength, but also lead to improved balance and flexibility.
