Companies include emerging medical device, biopharmaceutical, and health care services firms. BioEnterprise provides management counsel, clinical access, business development, and capital access services to these companies. Each year BioEnterprise chooses a select group of companies to join its client base. Being selective allows BioEnterprise to focus its strengths to help companies achieve greater levels of business success. Based in Cleveland, BioEnterprise’s founders and partners are The Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals Health System, Case Western Reserve University, and Summa Health System. JumpStartJumpStart's mission is to accelerate the growth of early-stage businesses and ideas into venture-ready companies by delivering vital, focused resources to entrepreneurs. To achieve this, JumpStart provides a continuum of business development services as well as seed capital funding to early stage companies in Northeast Ohio. JumpStart's ultimate goal is to solidify, celebrate, and continually grow Northeast Ohio's position as a nationally significant center for entrepreneurship and innovation. Youngstown Business IncubatorThe Youngstown Business Incubator is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit corporation supported, in part, by the Ohio Department of Development. Its mission is to accelerate the formation, growth and success rates of scalable, technology-based businesses in the Mahoning Valley. Its target businesses must have the potential to create a substantial and sustainable number of new jobs with a proprietary and patentable intellectual property that is being commercialized through the sale of new products or services in the marketplace.
